Good morning this is chief apostle Ralph Robinson stone mountain Georgia I travel to Columbus Georgia Friday morning I arrived at this great hotel I was a little tired I asked for the Manger miss Monca did a wonderful job. The staff at this location is exceptional. The front desk manager Monica and the 2 younger ladies that worked beside her were the true definition of customer service. They were compassionate and understanding. Each time I went to the desk for whatever reason they were always pleasant and showed me that people genuinely still care for other people. Thank you ladies. I felt like giving up and your kindness helped me push through another day and another day.

I must personally that the staff members of La Quinta for there service. The supervisor and her staff they were all great and friendly.

The room was well laid out. I had the King Suite which had a recliner, desk and chair, coffee maker, microwave, small fridge, iron and Ironing Board. There was an area with vending machines for snacks.

Every staff person I spoke with was helpful & friendly. The room & bathroom were spotless. It was quiet although a major highway run on both sides of the property but it's well insulated so sound is contained. I made the reservation early afternoon for that night. I requested a 1st floor room & the manager was able to accommodate my request.
